I don't know about you, but each season, as soon as poenies arrive, I head straight to the store to buy a bunch. Ok, a bunch is an understatement. I may buy a few bunches this year! I just can't help myself. Nonetheles, these one from today weren't bought....I have picked them from my mother-in-law's garden specially for this post.

The peony is a lovely bloom that comes in a wide selection of colors and shapes. From red, white, pink, yellow and coral, ranging from pale hues to bright and exuberant colors, they make a highly sought after addition to any outfit. The size of the blooms can vary, but I have found that there is nothing more lovely than large white poenies in a bouquet, even more for a bridal one. They provide fullness and dignity, but also add a soft and gentle feel.

Depending on your personal style, there are many different looks that you can achieve with this flower. One thing to bear in mind is that timing is everything when it comes to these gorgeous flowers. Mother Nature has alloted a sporadic availability throughout the year and peonies are at their peak right now.

There are certain pieces I wear over and over (and over). No matter how closely packed together my hangers may be, I always reach for the same closet staples. You know, pieces that aren't too fussy or trend-specific, so you can play around with the styling for a whole range of dresssing scenarios. Stripes in particular tend to get a lot of wear and if you needed even more convincing of their staying power, this dress offers a case study in today's outfit.

Now that it's spring, we're constantly looking for outfit ideas that are totally stylish, yet highly comfortable and there's no better staple item than a great pair of jeans. However, it's no secret that pretty much every other girl on the street is also wearing jeans, so sometimes we need a way to stand out. That's when ripped jeans enter!

This clothing item has a super casual feel and it can be hard to make it look put-together and polished. But it's definitely not impossible! In fact, when styled correctly, destroyed denim looks seriously street-chic and so cool. The trick to making ripped jeans look pulled together and not too Guns'N'Roses is to pair them with basic staples such as a silk blouse, a great pair of stilettos and a fitted blazer.

Whether you prefer a pair of skinnys with two slits at the knee, or a slouchy boyfriend jeans that are torn up all over, I've highlighted 12 cool pairs for this spring!
Have a nice week!

My interest in floral prints stems in part from my belief that every woman should be able to thrive in a professional workplace while wearing clothes that make her feel powerful and attractive. On the other hand, this belief requires focused attention to the details that can make the difference between looking sophisticated and looking girlish.

A little floral at the office goes a long way. First of all, keep in mind to wear one floral print at a time. Keep your look sleek and sophisticated when wearing floral prints to work. Avoid girlish details like ruffles, bows decorative edging and lace.

A floral statement piece (or any statement piece, for that matter) should be paired with an otherwise understated outfit. For example, wear a bold floral blouse with a simple neutral pants, a classic handbag and understated jewellery. Look for floral prints with rich colors which look more professional. Avoid neon which is too casual for the office.

Beware of girlish pastel prints at the office. Either avoid them altogether or think carefully about how to wear a pastel floral print to work.

When I think about stunning and innovative fashion, the color brown isn't the first thing that comes to mind. But somewhere along the way, this hue has become the must-have shade of the season. Wearing brown expertly means taking everyday pieces and making them feel a little bit more luxe an unexpected. With this in mind, I 've put together this outfit.

Sure, everyone loves black, but as it turns out, brown is just as versatile, plus a lot less predictable. When paired with a variety of other colors, like teal, brown looks surprinsigly sophisticated, making it a great replacement for your standard-issue black.

The truth is I really love the mix between brown and teal.  Few colors can claim they complement other shades while standing equally strong on their own, but teal is such one hue. A stunning combination of blue and green, it has been seen in both fall and spring fashion and works well with everything from understated neutrals to bold brights.

Hello, everyone! Hope you are having a great day! I wanted to say a quick hello and share a few images of my latest obsession: this insanely gorgeous midi skirt. When I first came across it, I simply couldn't believe I finally found a skirt that combines all of my favorite elements. I mean, seriously, volume, cute print and perfect length, what else can a girls ask for?

The truth is I have never met a midi skirt I didn't like. Something about this particular shape got me completely hooked. In fact, if I had to name a single trend that I never want to go out of style,  the midi skirt would definitely be it! It really is one of those pieces that go with everything, from tailored blouses to crop tops and look equally great dressed up or down.

Given my weakness for full and flowy skirts, the moment I spotted this midi perfection it was pretty much gave over. I love absolutely everything about it, from length to color, fit and silhouette! Oh, and how fun is the print, don't you think?
